Some days…
Some days I really wonder whether the bureaucratic infrastructure at institutions of higher education has any idea whatsoever that their job is to support the research and teaching missions of the university.

…and I thought it was about getting a maximum return for a minimum investment. Come to England – we teach you how not to be disappointed.
I actually lived in England for 5 years, so I guess it must wear off after a while because I sure am disappointed a lot
